Prices are based on dogs with good behavior and good coat condition.
Additional charges will apply for more difficult or matted pets.
De-matting fee (If possible) $7.50 for 15 Minutes.
If your pet is
severely matted, the groomer reserves the right to shave your pet at
her own discretion or to refuse service. No pet will be put through
unnecessary pain associated with the removal of severe matts!

Grooming Requirements
and General Grooming Info:
For your
pet's and our safety we require that your pet must be current with
their Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella vaccinations. If you and your
pet haven't been here before, please bring your vaccine records with
you or have your vet fax them to us.
If this is
your first visit with us, you will have to fill out some forms with
general information about you and your pet. Prior to your pet's
grooming session you will meet Tina and she will get acquainted with
you and your pet and discuss your pet's groom.
Please feel
free to ask any questions or concerns about your pet's groom. You
are welcome to tour our facility prior to service, however for
safety and insurance reasons we cannot allow you to stay with your
pet during the groom.
Drop off and Pick up
Time:
Our doors
open at 8AM. If for some reason you need to drop off your pet
earlier than that please let us know when you schedule your
appointment so we can make special arrangements if possible. If you
need to go to work and won't be able to pick up your pet until after
you get off work, that's no problem as long as you will be here
before we close. Also, please let us know if you need to pick up
your pet at a certain time and we will try to accommodate your
wishes.
